Checkout flow
- Dashboard → Billing → choose plan
- Redirect to payment gateway checkout
- Pay with GCash, Maya, or card
- Webhook confirms payment → plan activates
- Invoice history available in billing page
Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrade — takes effect after successful payment; limits increase immediately
- Downgrade — typically at end of current period (confirm in dashboard)
- Pro → Basic — document features disabled; existing docs may remain stored but won't retrieve
Cancellation
Use Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Access continues until period end unless otherwise stated
- Widget may stop when subscription lapses
- Export documents before canceling if needed
Payment issues

Taxes and invoices
Invoices are issued per payment gateway records. Business billing (BIR, etc.) — contact support for Enterprise.
Model usage note
Paid live widgets use OpenAI gpt-4o-mini for chat; demo/preview may use Groq free tier. Embeddings for RAG use OpenAI. This is transparent to you — no separate API keys required on your side.
