• 3 RAG files, 1,700 chunks, 8 MB/file

Pro — ₱5,540/month (~$99)

• Everything in Presence — website builder and hosted site at your-slug.josie-ai.com, with more AI site builds (2 per cycle, 4 design directions, 400 AI text help)
• Already have a website? Keep using it with the widget; claim a josie-ai.com address in Dashboard → Site only if you want one

Checkout flow

1. Dashboard → Billing → choose plan
2. Redirect to payment gateway checkout
3. Pay with GCash, Maya, or card
4. Webhook confirms payment → plan activates
5. Invoice history available in billing page

Upgrades and downgrades

• Upgrade — takes effect after successful payment; limits increase immediately
• Downgrade — typically at end of current period (confirm in dashboard)
• Pro → Basic — document features disabled; existing docs may remain stored but won't retrieve
• Presence → Pro or Enterprise — your hosted website stays live and editable, same address
• Presence, Pro, or Enterprise → Basic (or a lapsed plan) — the hosted website goes offline but is kept; it comes back when you return to Presence, Pro, or Enterprise

Cancellation

Use Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription.

• Access continues until period end unless otherwise stated
• Widget may stop when subscription lapses
• Export documents before canceling if needed

Payment issues

Taxes and invoices

Invoices are issued per payment gateway records. Business billing (BIR, etc.) — contact support for Enterprise.

Model usage note

Paid live widgets use OpenAI gpt-4o-mini for chat; demo/preview may use Groq free tier. Embeddings for RAG use OpenAI. This is transparent to you — no separate API keys required on your side.
